Quotes and Scope

Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are issued, including activity, authority, visa count, office or flexi-desk option, shareholder details, document status and any external approval requirements. Final government, free zone, immigration, medical, Emirates ID, courier, attestation, banking, tax or third-party fees may change if an authority updates its tariff or if the scope changes.

Payment Timing

Work normally starts after the agreed advance payment or full payment has been received and cleared. Some authority fees, government fees, visa fees, establishment card fees, medical or Emirates ID charges may need to be paid before submission. Delays in payment may delay application filing, approval timelines, visa steps or renewals.

Accepted Payment Methods

We may accept bank transfer, approved online payment links or other payment methods confirmed in writing by UAE Free Zone Finder. Bank charges, exchange-rate differences, intermediary bank fees and card processing fees, if any, are the responsibility of the payer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Invoices and Receipts

Invoices, payment confirmations and receipts are issued using the client name, company name and billing details supplied to us. Clients should review invoice details before payment and notify us promptly if corrections are required.

Authority and Third-Party Fees

Many payments are passed to free zone authorities, UAE government departments, immigration, medical centers, Emirates ID services, attestation providers, banks, courier providers or other third parties. These external fees are subject to the rules, refund policies, timelines and approval requirements of the relevant authority or provider.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work, authority rules and whether fees have already been paid to government, free zone, immigration or third-party providers. Professional fees may be non-refundable once advisory work, document preparation, application review, submission or coordination has started. Authority and government fees are usually non-refundable once paid, unless the relevant authority confirms otherwise.

If a client cancels before submission, we will review the file and confirm whether any unused balance can be refunded or credited after deducting completed work, committed costs, bank charges and third-party fees.

Approval Disclaimer

UAE Free Zone Finder provides preparation, coordination, introduction and advisory support. License, visa, banking, tax, immigration and authority outcomes are subject to the relevant authority, bank or government department review. Corporate bank account preparation and introduction support does not guarantee bank approval. Visa approval is subject to UAE immigration and free zone authority requirements.

Late Payments and Renewals

For renewals, late payment can lead to authority penalties, license expiry, visa file issues, establishment card delays or interruption of services. Clients are responsible for approving and paying renewal charges on time after receiving the relevant notice or quote.

Disputes

If there is a billing concern, contact us with the invoice number, payment proof and a summary of the issue. We will review the matter in good faith and respond with the available options based on the agreed scope, completed work and authority rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Payment Terms to reflect changes in services, authority rules, payment methods, legal requirements or operational processes. The latest version published on this page applies from its effective date.
